My last 1cc of SA Normal had 5.3% slowdown, so I decided to fix that. I fixed it so that it wasn't above 5%, and 1cc'd it again. Also, this replay shows how i am complete **** at H&H Meltdown.

New world record for ReimuA. Surpasses coa's old world record by 1.2 million and my own previous one by 3.5 million. I had a lot of luck in this run, and it took a very long time to finally get it right. Was kind of shooting for 980 million, but that seems impossible using this strategy, no matter how lucky you get with on-screen bullet amounts. Oh well, I'm more than satisfied with this :) EDIT: The final 0 in the score is not registering for some reason. Oh well.

Wheeeeehahahahahaaa! The last Extra is down! First death was on Embers, which means I didn't do anything stupid! Like die on Miracle Fruit! (Around half of the time.) Or die on Bumper Rice Crop! (Still haven't captured it, though.) Or die on Danmaku Paranoia! (Run before.) Or die on Superego! (I still hate that card; at least it only ate two bombs this time instead of the usual four.) Or die on Youkai Polygraph! (How many times, now? 10? 15?) Or die on Rorschach! (Much less twice, like last run. Only one bomb, too.) The fact that I died on Embers is somewhat of a disappointment, and Genetics wiped me out I think twice again, but I didn't die on Philosophy of a Hated Person, which meant two lives in stock for Subterranean Rose, of which both were used. I love you too, Koishi.

One miss on Curse of Dreams and Reality (what) and four damn bombs on BoLaD. Even though I finished with one less miss than the other run I didn't wait out most borders and lost quite a few potential ones, making this run comparatively worse. But I didn't care, I was sick of throwing myself against the first half of the stage and wanted to get it done tonight instead of letting my mind rest.

As Reimu A without full power you'll likely want to stream from anywhere but the middle at the beginning or you'll run the risk of letting a few crows slip by. 1.60 power to be gained with exception to Marisa & Alice. Orin drops two large power items, last two spirits each drop enough small power items to equal 1.00 (in case you never paid attention to that). For Utsuho's first spell you'll want to keep an eye out for other openings to misdirect the next set of suns before going back the way you came to reduce the risk of supposedly impossible barrages when making the cross. At least, what's what I experience when I sit and let it come. Demonstration of taclking Heaven and Hell Meltdown from the center and to the side. The early barrage she sends out for her last noncard while firing the bubbles is the same, at least for the middle. Stream the way she came from.

Left spirit, middle, then take out the two to the right. Shouldn't have let the heart piece from her last noncard slip away, don't know why I didn't hit the POC. Probably could have sat underneath her without making another loop for her last spell when brandishing max power. Don't let her run into you if you sit on her head. For the last noncard focus on one set of bullets headed in one direction around a spirit and simply slip inside. This is vague shit.

Misdirection of Orin's spirits. Streaming portion with the green talismans sit under a fairy spawn and be ready to turn around. A little unprofessional not keeping the gauge maxed out. Took a bit to remember where to stand on Satori's first spell so the yellow bullets won't hit you, but that shouldn't matter unless you're going for extra graze with the bunched lasers. Second spell is shit, third is fine for Normal, take it easy, listen for the sound of the butterfly bullets reflecting off the wall to your position, demonstration of safespot for last spell. You won't be able to utilize it from the very beginning unless playing Lunatic.

Well, that's that. I figured after spending so much time practicing and getting better at lunatic, I may as well go back and defeat hard mode. My slowdown seems to have gotten a bit better since the last time I tried this, so the only places where slowdown would really make a difference are places I either bombed or died at anyway (or in the case of Utsuho, ridiculously easy attack phases >.>) My computer still runs too badly for lunatic, but I feel this hard 1cc is legitimate.
